• Welcome to Men's Soccer!

Three words come to mind when I think about our soccer program: “tradition, relationships, and success.”

    Tradition:
We have played competitive soccer program at SCS for over 22 years. We currently compete against the Class A public school teams in non-conference games, travel to Canada and Idaho to play Class AA schools. We have also won several state championships while competing in the Montana Christian Athletic Association. Several athletes have gone on to play competitive soccer at the college level.

    Relationships:
Daily prayer and devotion time as a team helps strengthen our relationship with Christ. The players have often remarked that their favorite experiences with Stillwater Soccer been the road trips. There we have the opportunity to bond together as a team through prayer, study, and fellowship. I cherish the relationships that are built by coaches and players who play to glorify God. These relationships often carry on far past high school.

    Success:
Our success is determined not simply by the win/loss record at the end of the season, but by how we have shown the love of Christ through our attitudes and work ethic. I believe our soccer program teaches young men to work hard for their goals as individuals and as a team in a manner that shows the love of Christ whether we are playing on the field, or traveling and eating in a restaurant.

“A Christian athlete should out work you, out fight you, and out love you.” - R.C. Sproul
