The Board of Trustees exists to preserve, protect, and advance the mission, vision, and values of Stillwater Christian School. Through strategic governance and long-range planning, the Board seeks to ensure the school's continued health, sustainability, and growth while remaining faithful to its commitment to Christ-centered education.

The Board's primary responsibility is not the day-to-day operation of the school, but the stewardship of its mission and future. The Board focuses on governance, strategic direction, financial oversight, policy development, and the growth of the school's resources, including facilities, capital assets, and endowment funds. The Board also serves as the governing body responsible for the support, evaluation, and accountability of its one employee, the Head of School.

The Head of School serves as the chief executive officer of Stillwater Christian School, providing leadership for the administration, faculty, staff, and daily operations of the school while implementing the policies and strategic direction established by the Board. While the administration and faculty carry out the work of equipping students with the tools for learning through Christ-centered education, the Board remains focused on ensuring that the school remains mission-driven, financially strong, and positioned for long-term success.

Together, the Board of Trustees and the Head of School work in partnership to cultivate a thriving school community that reflects biblical truth, pursues educational excellence, and prepares students to impact the world for Jesus Christ.
