Jog-A-Thon - May 2, 2025

Collect Pledges:
Each student will receive a pledge packet. Families can forward a link and/or QR code and request pledges from parents, grandparents, neighbors, and friends. Our goal is for each student to raise $300. All students will participate in the jogathon regardless of pledges collected.

Win Prizes!
Students have the opportunity earn one of several prizes. Prizes for top fundraisers to be announced soon!  All students will receive a t-shirt to wear to the event.

Support our School!
A Jog-A-Thon can be a powerful fundraising opportunity!  Your contributions will help fund the purchase of a premier school bus, a bus barn, and a maintenance fund. We need $120,000 to reach our $350,000 goal. There is a $42,000 matching grant available through the end of June. Let's make this happen together!  The bus is on order and will be delivered in August!  We are acting in faith that the necessary funds will come in!

Grade/Run Times:
6th - 8th Grade, 10:05 - 10:45 a.m.
PreK - 2nd Grade, 12:30 - 1:15 p.m.
3rd - 5th Grade, 1:15 - 2:00 p.m.
9th - 12th Grade, 2:00 - 2:45 p.m.

How long is the run? Students will run around a set course. The track size for PreK - 5th grade students is 110 meters. The track size for 6th - 11th grade students is 220 meters. We estimate that PreK & 2nd grade students could run 10 - 20 laps; upper elementary - 11th grade could run 20 - 40 laps.

What should my student wear? Students should wear athletic shoes and clothes. We also recommend bringing a water bottle.

Can parents join in on the fun? Yes! We encourage you to walk/jog/run with your child(ren). It will be a fun time to come together as a community and support each other!

How can I volunteer? Check for a SignUp Genius link soon!  Volunteers will be needed to tally laps, man water and snack stations, set up and decorate the track, and encourage our runners.

Student pledge forms/envelopes are due Wednesday, April 30. They will be returned to you after May 2nd to collect on the pledges.
