Hometown: Cato, NY

Hobbies: Too many to count . . . photography, gardening, hiking with my family, baking, crafting and reading.

Favorite spot on campus: Sitting on the bleachers cheering on our student-athletes and connecting with school parents.

Fun fact: I’ve lived in the USA and Malaysia, visited 8 different countries and lived in 7 different states. As a houseparent to children in need, I’ve been a “mom” to over 190 different children!

Household makeup: Erika and her husband Jeremiah have three children: Shannon, Forest and Heidi. They also have a rascally husky named Elsa.
