Full-time K-6 Title I Teacher and Part-time 7-12 Title I Teacher - The Title I Teacher implements effective intervention for students struggling in the areas of reading and math. Working with students 1:1, in small groups, as well as within the classroom environment with the goal of equipping students for independent, grade-level success in the mainstream classroom. The Title I teacher is, in part or whole, an employee of Kalispell School District 5 and works alongside the general education classroom teachers and the K-8 Instructional Coach and is a direct report of the Director of Learning Services. 2024/2025 Open Positions:

Secondary Math & Science Teacher: SCS is looking to hire a Secondary Math & Science teacher for the 2024-25 academic year.  Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree with appropriate educational coursework; strong professional or collegiate references; expertise in the integration of faith and learning, and strong classroom management skills. Elementary Library/STEM Teacher:  The Library/STEM teacher is an essential part of the SCS academic enrichment team. Each member of our team must be a Christian that models Christian values in both their professional life in school as well as their life outside the school setting. Every SCS teacher is an essential member that actively supports the mission and vision of Stillwater Christian School.  Library/STEM applicants must have a Bachelor's degree with appropriate educational coursework; strong professional or collegiate references; experience in the integration of the Biblical worldview through faith and learning, and strong classroom management skills; experience in a K-8 classroom/library setting. The library portion of the position will teach Preschool - 5th foundational literacy skills. Instructional Teacher Aide: Instructional Teacher Aides are an essential part of the SCS academic team.  Each member of our team must be a Christian that models Christian values in both their professional life in school as well as their life outside the school setting. Teacher aides are valuable members of the team and must be active supporters of the mission and vision of Stillwater Christian School. Instructional Teacher Aide applicants must love children and have the ability to build relationships with the students as well as faculty and staff. Applicants must be reliable and confident problem-solvers. Founded in 1980, Stillwater Christian School is an independent Christian school, situated on 13 acres in Kalispell, Montana, serving 428 students pre-K through 12. The elementary program features excellent classroom teaching and special instruction in: music, art, STEAM, physical education, and Latin (grades 3-5).  Stillwater is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and is a Member of Council of the Council for Educational Standards and Accountability (CESA).
